Custom Orders

We ask that you contact us directly for any custom items or specifications to your orders. Remember, every product is made to order, so if we don't hear from you about any alterations as soon as you place your order , then it may not be possible to fix anything. If we don't receive any contact from you, we can only assume you are happy with your purchases and will begin construction.

Please be sure to include your name, a phone number we can reach you at if necessary, and to which products you're referring. Examples: 1) You purchased a bondage skirt, but want different hardware or different placement of hardware. 2) You're interested in a corset, but would like a different material and want to know if that's possible. 3) You like the look of a certain necklace, but would like it in a different color or certain stones.

Again, PLEASE make sure we're contacted with this information either ahead of time or on the date of purchase! We will keep you up to date with the progress of the items you've ordered. Because everything is handmade, please allow anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks for clothing and 1 to 2 weeks for jewelry and other accessories.
